Shohei Ohtani RARE Japanese Interview with subtitles (2016)

from the comments:
What I love about his chart is under the “Luck”, he posted the following things to do.
-reading (as a fact he reads inspirational books)
- pick up trashes (This we know already…right? Wherever he goes, he’s always picking up trashes saying that trashes are the luck other people threw away)
- respect the umpire (This, too, were displayed in many occasions during this past season)
- take good care of equipment (This is something about all little league players learn in Japan)
- Cleaning up your room (Many spiritual leaders talk about this. If you have cluttered room, no good energy will flow)
- Greeting (This is also something we are taught “important “ in Japan from early age.
- Think positive
- Become a player people want to support (love)
